Had a wonderful stay. We did the prime rib buffet and it was good. Nachos by the pool were good. Hula pie— hands down the best! The hotel staff were amazing even with our flight being cancelled they booked us a discounted room and were very gracious. We appreciate all they did.

Major construction going on in rooms and lobbies. Lots of noise Monday through Saturday. Staff was excellent. Room was cleaned every day. Pool and beach excellent. Wait staff and restaurants excellent. Great location in Waikiki.

The new remodelled rooms are fantastic. The hote is under renovations, but that didn't massively impact the experience. Once completed late this year it will be immaculate.

Very nice open clean spacious oceanfront room! Very friendly staff. We needed an iron and couldn’t find one in the room. We asked the housekeeping staff and left to get lunch. When we got back in our room the ironing board and iron were already in our room.

The property has ongoing construction, so noise, dust, and construction will be a part of your stay. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It's on the beach and right in the middle of everything in Waikiki, so be prepared for the hustle of a resort with a lot of people around! Lots of food options on site and nearby. Overall, it's a wonderful location and I would say here again

The staff was very nice, and the waterfront view was amazing after our upgrade. The hotel was under maintenance for the Voyager room, but they more than made up for that by giving us an upgrade and some complementary credit.

All of the staff was amazing, especially the front desk staff. There is a lot of construction happening but the hotel did a pretty good job at it not being an inconvenience during our stay.

We love staying here and the ocean view was spectacular and well described in the ad. There was construction going on so that was a little sore to the eye but other than that everything was beautiful and the staff was very attentive
