Everything went well there was no interruptions from hotel staff or no deposit to check in and worry about hidden fees there’s always pros and cons, but this is a great place to stay if you want a private hotel

Never stay again the place is dirty. We have to clean it. We buy our own supply to clean the whole entire unit. And we check out a day early because there’s no power the whole entire building and we have food in the freezer and in refrigerator. And I don’t even get any refund for that one day that we check out a day early never never stay again in this place. I don’t recommend it so dirty .

Communication was so easy and great! The unit is very nice and modern. The building is an only building but you don’t feel it in the unit. Very convenient, the security is downstairs all time, the beach is right there. I will stay here again next time when I travel to Hawaii.

The accomadations were sub par, furnishing cheap and worn. Exactly 2 of each eating utensils, plates , drinking glasses. Cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen. Ive seen dorm rooms furnished better.

The area is amazing! Close to the beach and options for groceries and food. Check in and check out was seamless. Use of a door code saved us from having to carry a key everywhere. The building itself is a little run down but overall was still very comfortable. Our contact was amazing! Danielle was quick to reply to questions and arrange for extra supplies to be dropped off when needed.

It is not the ilikai hotel I thought it was but it’s not it is right infront of it. Parking is attached which made it easy. Get the multi pass or whatever it’s called it will save you so much time that way you can scan and go in and out and pay at the end. Room was adorable. It served its purpose we were only there to change and sleep lol. But the TV did not work. Couldn’t open the door to balcony and lots of work going on around the place but it’s in the perfect location. You can walk downstairs and get $5 drinks and they don’t hold back lol. You can literally walk to the beach and Hilton pond whatever it’s called. Lol but is recommend to get the car and drive pass the city. I’d stay in the room again it’s not bad at all.
