Easy check in, all the staff is top notch, great housekeeping, various eateries on location, everybody in Hawaii is super nice, Trolley picks up out front ( recommend the Waikiki Trolley ( Pink) to start, Walmart delivery had no problems, ( as these units have full kitchens ), and so much around the hotel .. We took Uber to, and from Airport/Hotel, all good

Clean room, great views, pool area was ok and staff were kind. Close to shops and walking distance to Waikīkī strip. Would definitely stay here again!

Over all it was an average hotel. The plus was the friday night entertainment outside. They were great! But when the storm hit the ilikai never got power back on and so we had to check out and go elsewhere. Most hotels had power but they did not for days. They refunded our nights easily but it was very upsetting. They need a generator system in place. The people were very nice. The rooms were big and it was nice having a kitchen. We were evacuated in the early am hourse in our pj's which was scarey and no directions were given in the lobby but over all id rate this as an average stay. The bonus was the 2 free water bottles a day and free ice cream tickets. Ask for them !

Wonderful stay, had a beautiful two bedroom suite, staff was excellent, with hotel having lots of amenities, restaurant bar on main level, ice cream and coffee shop, top floor has a restaurant which overlooks the ocean and city, delicious food, happy hour 3-6 on food and drinks. The hotel is located beside a beach and a large lagoon, the beach though had lots of coral, you will need water shoes to go into the water. A 15 min walk up from resort is a very large mall with a food court that sells any food you could ask for, many choices. Would definitely come again to Ilikai.

Hotel had a hidden fee for the room. Charged me an additional $75 per night for some service that I did not want to think about enough to remember. Elevators were always jam packed so it could take you 5-10 minutes to get to the lobby or your room. Other than those issues the hotel was clean and neat
