Things look nice from a distance, but there is mold growing in the base of the shower at the caulk line and the bathroom sink’s caulk is half way deteriorated and has an entire edge exposed. Valet misplaced our rental car key, but staff was very proactive in searching for it and trying to get us where we wanted or needed to go. We stayed for a week and interacted with numerous employees and all were very friendly.

I was a little disappointed because I didn’t get the amount of beds I asked for but the accommodation and the view somewhat made up for it. And the extra expenses weren’t expected but over all staff and ballets were great

I liked that there was a park nearby.
It’s an old hotel that they tried their best to make look nice. The pool is tiny. The hot tub is broken and has a crappy piece of plywood over it that’s warped and peeling. A kid could fall through there easily. The pool bar closes @ 6:30 but the pool closes @ 8:30.
The cheapest mattresses you could find. You can feel every spring. The pillows aren’t pillows. More like a bag with socks in it is the best way to describe it. I broke out in a rash all over my body. Maybe the detergent they’re using? $45 a day if you want to park at their crap hole and there’s no where else to park. They have towel hooks in the bathroom that are literally hanging by tape. They all fall off. The furniture looks like it came from a goodwill.
With parking and “resort fees” be prepared to pay an extra $670 a week. Don’t be tricked by the low cost on Expedia because they’re going to charge you once you get there and have no other options.
I would never stay at again nor recommend this place.

The hotel was nice, the valet parking was convenient, but the pillows were pathetic and the beds were okay. The sliding door for the bathroom is a terrible idea when sharing a room with other people. There was a huge gap along the sides of the door. There was also only 2 towels in a room booked for 4 people. The towel hanger fell off of the wall because it was put on with double sided tape… The staff was super friendly and helpful. Valet was nice, but costs $47 a day. There’s a mini fridge but no microwave or coffee available, those should be standard freebies these days, in my opinion.

The reason why I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is because while we stayed for 5 nights, Housekeeping never came by to clean our room that had a kitchenette (and we used it regularly to prepare food). Finally I texted the front desk and they confirmed they'd send someone to our room the next day to clean (4th day of our stay). We left the property before 9am and returned at 3pm that day, and our room had still not been serviced. 20 minutes after we returned, there was a knock on our door to only ask us if we needed anything, and I took some towels and went around putting the trash in one large bag and handed it to the housekeeping staff member. There was clearly no intention to clean. On top of zero housekeeping at this hotel, the shower was clogged; we couldn't take a shower over 5 minutes or the water would go over the edge and flood the bathroom. Please be aware of the approx. $45/day resort fee $45/day valet fee that you pay on top of what you pay on Expedia. There's no other parking in the area. This is not a 4-star hotel.

Overall good the only thing is the bathtub needs work. Walls were peeling.
