Instead of directing us to the tower we were staying on, they made us check into a ridiculous desk that, although only had 2 people in front of us, took an hour to check in, and then they had us come around to a sales lady! Come to find out our tower was quiet and would have been really easy to check in there.
The room itself was quite nice and spacious. They did not have a roll away bed option, but we made it work for our family of four. There was a continuous rattling noise in the bedroom that kept everyone awake at night, and the hot water took over 15 minutes to get hot, and then on the last day just never did.
The lobby of the Kalia Tower was freezing, and our floor smells like garbage in the mornings.
Honestly, I am only giving it a 3 star because the staff was responsive to text requests, gave us some credit for our troubles, and the laundry was also convenient.
