We enjoyed the businesses operated within the hotel, i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, etc. The hotel itself was bad. The beds are horribly hard, & we all had sore bodies from the frustrated broken sleep. The A/C has either mold or other bacteria growing in it, which made it difficult to breathe, & we coughed at night. I am disabled, & although the hotel policies state they would make every effort to accommodate disabled guests, the front desk told me they are not a handicapped accessible hotel, they don't have bath tubs or shower chairs, & my inability to bathe for 5 days, as I only have one leg & can't stand in a shower, especially one without a shower bar, was not their problem. Yes, they were THAT RUDE & DEMEANING about it. I was humiliated, & forced to sponge bathe for the duration of the trip. The waits for the elevators were long, & the elevators themselves made loud noises throughout the halls, making it difficult to sleep through. There's no parking, so we paid an additional $150 to park in a neighboring lot. They made us go down 15 floors to get our own extra pillows & towels, rather than have staff bring them to the room. It was just a mess from the start. Our time in Oahu was wonderful, but the hotel experience was terrible.
