Great property, location, staff, upkeep, room etc. This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc.

Halekulani is truly a five star property. The staff are great. The service is top-notch. The food was excellent. Also like the location on the water but away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping district. It is a very well run property. It was absolutely worth the price. My husband and I were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff, especially housekeeping, the servers, and the team by the swimming pool, were truly extraordinary. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Everything was impeccably clean, which added to the overall sense of comfort and luxury. What made the experience even more exquisite was receiving a personalized birthday message from the General Manager, David Barnes. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and made my celebration even more special. Aloha 🌺
