We enjoyed our stay! The positives were that the staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean and there were a lot of food options nearby. I’m glad we stayed at this tower because it seemed less busy than the others. The negative is the cost. With the daily fee to park our car and the daily resort fee it was an extra $718.00 for 6 days. Had I done the math ahead of time we may have opted for somewhere different. Overall it’s a great hotel to stay with kids at. It was nice having several pool options and the lagoon. The Friday night fireworks are spectacular and a must see. Just don’t try to go to your room after or you will get stuck waiting for the elevator.

Pool was nice but closed early. Nothing at all in the rooms not even bottled water so plan to purchase things for your trip from the grocery store. A little over priced for what you get. Staff is amazing and super helpful.

The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.

Traveled with my 2 younger kids and we had an amazing time! Loved the atmosphere, very convenient with a food marketplace downstairs if you want to cook . The shopping centers and restaurants literally 5 mins away. Hardly used the pool because I rented a car and traveled and explored all the beaches. We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The room was excellent! Staff were very friendly. Will be coming back to this hotel. Mahalo.

The hotel rooms and grounds were excellent. We appreciated having a kitchen in our room with all the amenities to make breakfast and have some dinners when we were tired after a day excursion. Although the pools were beautiful, they were very small and it was very hard to get a poolside chair. Parking rates were abusive. We only parked for one night at the hotel for $103 Canadian and then moved to public parking by the marina for $1.40/hr Canadian. I had read in previous reviews to do that and would recommend it. The restaurants and shops at the hotel were very nice. The hotel being on a beach and having its own lagoon was super convenient since we had to choose that over the pool. The beach walk in front of the hotel allowed you to check out other restaurants and shops along the beach. Awesome place to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks! All in all we would stay there again.

Room and hotel were beautiful and clean. Very quick walk to the ocean. Parking sucked. For the price you should get a spot included. We ended up walking to the marina every night to park but you have to get a spot early.
