Staff were very nice. There was a public parking lot next door that you could pay to use. It was expensive and really tight to drive in and out of. My room was next to a trash chute, so it was kind of loud during the day. The room was pretty nice though. The view from the balcony was pretty. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

If you want to safe a couple of dollars and still feel like you’re in a 3 star hotel. This is it. The furniture and rug is outdated, you could tell. But we felt like they tried to keep it as clean as possible. Our experience was great. They had all the amenities we needed: towels, soap, beach umbrellas, pans and plates (to cook), coffee. NO breakfast. On the fourth day of your stay, the will send housekeeping. So keep that in mind. If your stay is 2 night or 3, you will not get room cleaning. We were okay with that, our stay was for over a week. Over all, we can say we would stay here again. Mahalo.

Our room was dirty. The day we arrived the sheets were stained. There were four of us and not enough towels. There was no daily housekeeping, only on the 3rd day. We had a couple of cockroach's in our room. The only thing nice about the hotel was the location, less than 5 min wall from international market.
