It was very conveniently located near the beach and all the shopping! Beach chairs, beach towels, and a Jacuzzi in the pool were very helpful. The staff was very quick to respond to our needs. I would definitely stay there again!

Felt safe & secure in building and surrounding area. Beach less than 2 blocks away, tons of shopping & places eat! Kitchen-ette was perfect for our week stay. Everything was there that we needed. Was happy with the room. I was disappointed that we made sure to switch hotels when we booked because we wanted a pool. Upon arrival we find out the pool is closed. We then wanted to extend our stay and we were told the manager would call us back but never did. Overall the hotel and room are great.

Second time that my wife and I have stayed at the Pacific Monarch and really enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Having a mini kitchen was very nice and the fact that the hotel its located just a very short walk from the beach in Waikiki is another plus. We plan on returning to Hawaii some day and plan on booking a room at the Pacific Monarch Hotel.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The area is a bit sketchy at night. The furniture was really falling apart (literally). But the staff was super nice and the balcony was huge with a great view. We stayed in 1 bedroom king suite partial ocean view.
