Property is very well maintained. Loved the ocean view - we would sit out in the lanai every morning and watch the surfers and boats in the water. Elevators were a little slow but manageable. Loved our 2 week stay!!!!

Decent hotel

Overall, property was good. Great location, great views of ocean. Building hallways and elevator was hot due to no air conditioning. Ceiling fan in bedroom was dusty so we didn’t turn it on. Washer and dryer in convenient location. Although, the dryer (42) didn’t accept quarters so had to download an app and load money to make it work. Parking stalls tight but readily available.

Great place except that the air conditioner is noisy and doesn't work for the bedroom if the bedroom doors are closed because there's only one and it's in the living room. Also, you may have to wait for the elevators for a long time because there are only three of them for 38 floors. But otherwise it is a magnificent place!
