호털 주차장 주차공간 없음. 만실 및 스키이용하는 차량들과 뒤섞여 도로가에 주차하든지 알아서 하라고함, 4인 스위트객실에 샤워타월 2개 전부 프론트 전화해서 요청하니 2개 다 사용하면 제공한다는 황당한 답변, 1박 45만원 객실에 어메니티 하나도 없음, 음식점 품질 아무리 동나마 관광객상대로 영업햐다지만 형편없음, 명절 연휴라고하지만 수용할수있누 인원보다 많은 콩나물 시루같은... 사람들에 치여서 다시는 가고싶지않는 최악의 시간
