Our stay at the Park Lane Hotel HK from April 9 to 13 exceeded all expectations. The level of service was exceptional, especially from Florence Li at the front desk, who ensured the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. Our room, which faced Victoria Park, was excellent, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were not only friendly but also attentive to our needs.
