I stayed for five nights and six days. While the hotel is not new or especially modern, it was clean and well maintained. The spacious triangular bathtub was a particularly nice feature, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping staff were consistently kind and helpful. However, if you plan to remain in your room after 9:00 a.m., I would recommend using the Do Not Disturb sign, as staff may stop by to ask whether you would like your towels replaced. One minor drawback was the noise from the neighboring room. It appeared that the guest next door was watching television late into the night, which was somewhat disruptive. Compared with other hotels, two features stood out: the distinctive bathtub and a separate filtered-water faucet at the sink, which made it reassuring to use tap water. The location is excellent, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Hong Kong.

Location was alright, walking distance to restaurants n local cafes. Staff did not inform us to pay a $500 deposit in order to use the phone to make local calls. Also when we were all dressed up to get taxi, going out to attend a wedding, no help was received to get taxi in. We waited for a while n eventually had to walked out of the Hotel to get Uber..

Initially weve checked in one of the standard rooms however later managed to get an upgrade to an executive room (forgot ladies name but thank you very much) and what a difference. All executive rooms are located from 32 floor onwards so you get the best views and nearly refurbished therfore the room is bright and airy. Breakfast was catered mainly for Asian palette but its ok Location couldn't be perfect. Situated right on the edge of victoria park it has easy access to metro, tram and all the shops around the area. Thank you

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming in the reception areas. Our room was clean, but very tired and dated. The swimming pool was inaccessible and the gym was very run down. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and the hotel is really convenient for local transport to national parks.
