Staff are pretty new. We’ve asked is there direct access to the mall across the street to avoid walking on the roads with kids. They said no, but we find out there is one at the end. Check in process is pretty long and staff needs to ask their managers for the questions we ask.

This hotel is very new, so all the amenities are new of course. The room is very clean, the view over the cargo port was nice. Staff are very friendly. They don’t provide toothbrushes, shavers etc anymore in the room due to the sustainability law in China, but you can ask them for it, they will still provide upon request. The area at Qianhai is also new, very clean and very modern. Very different from other local area of China. It’s supposed to be a newly developed area for business hubs and higher end apartments. The hotel is very close to a nice waterfront, walkable distance, nice cool breeze. There are also quite a few new malls within 10-20 mins walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, reasonable price. I would come back again.
