Please have someone assist the visitors with their luggages when they check in and check-out. Please also provide bigger garbage cans. Please provide a floor mat outside the shower to help dry the feet after showering. But we really like your hotel. The designs and interior decorations were so good. The location was also very convenient to take the MTR. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Overall I had a pleasant experience. The room was quite small, and some amenities were not provided, which was a little disappointing. However, the hotel's location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The service from the staff was also wonderful. In particular, the lady from housekeeping was incredibly helpful and friendly. She kept the room clean and tidy every day, and her hard work and kindness made my stay much more enjoyable. Despite the small room, I would consider staying here again because of the great location and the excellent service provided by the staff.

Alexandria Hotel. Hongkong: the staff very accommodating and welcoming to the guests, friendly gesture! The rooms were well maintained cleaned. The house maids make up the room daily as what I wanted. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent choice! Overall I must say I can come back to stay here in my next journey! Location was perfect for all I needed. I am very pleased and happy that I chose this Hotel. Thank you for all the staffs! Well deserved!
