The hotel has a good access to MRT and bus stations and Wan Chai ferry terminal. The hotel is well renovated and has a specious room. Almost next to the hotel, there are Starbucks, Pret a Manger, and Marks and Spencer Food. Walking to the station, we can find many reasonable local food restaurants. In short, the hotel is well balanced in many aspects.

Felt like a luxury hotel with excellent customer service without luxury prices. My friend and I stayed in a clean, spacious 2 double bed room that appeared to be recently updated. Perfect location with easy access to the MTR. Highly recommend.

Had an upgrade to the Signature King room - newly renovated with additional features to control the features. Upgrade was offered at point of check in upon confirmation of Expedia VIP status - already way better than most other places! Bed and room were very comfortable and the hotel was located in a convenient location to access the MTR. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone considering a trip to HK.

My 75-year-old mother and I checked into this hotel, and the temperature in Hong Kong that day was around 35°C. As soon as we entered the room, we felt that the temperature was very low, and the cold wind was strong. The air conditioner showed 26°C with low airflow. I adjusted it to 28°C, but after an hour, it still felt cold, so I raised it to 30°C. However, after a while, my mother still felt cold, and the wind was too strong, blowing cold air throughout the room. So I decided to turn off the air conditioner, hoping the temperature would rise immediately. After two hours of cold wind and low temperature, my mother already started feeling a headache and discomfort. I suggested she take a hot shower. After the shower, my mother felt a bit better, and it was already past 10 p.m., so we went to bed. Around midnight, my mother couldn't bear it anymore. The wall above the headboard was blowing cold air directly onto the pillow, causing her severe headaches, making it impossible to sleep. I had to go downstairs and find the employee on duty, Sunny. Sunny was quite responsible; after checking the room, he confirmed that the air conditioner was malfunctioning and couldn't be turned off, and the room temperature was indeed very low. He immediately brought us extra blankets and a heater, and coordinated a room change. In the new room, we could finally control the air conditioner and turn it off, but the temperature was still not very high. We had to use the heater all night. My moth
