Great location, brilliant staff, and the deluxe suite offers excellent value for money. One small suggestion would be to have a microwave on each floor, or at least one available in a common area for guests to use.

Room was fine and clean. Easy to get an Uber. Also used the train to go to Ocean Park. Public transportation in Hong Kong is pretty easy. There is a beautiful FREE park/zoo right next to the property for morning walks and checking out the animals.

Convenient location with fantastic views of the Central district. Shuttle service to AirPort Express Hong Kong station very useful although frequency has been reduced. Friendly and helpful staff makes our stay a nice experience albeit the dated bathroom. Swimming pool, fitness centre and restaurant are all great amenities.

Rooms are pretty nice. The queen bed was 2 twin mattress put together. The WiFi worked great. The staff went above and beyond to help you. Amazing pool and view of the city. Hotel was 20 ft from the bus stop. The area was very safe. I would stay here again.

3rd time staying here. I really like this hotel. Very nice staff who speak good English. Nice little restaurant with good breakfast. last year I was there when a typhoon shut down all of Hong Kong. Bishop Lei staff came to work in spite of government stay-home orders to take care of guests like me. they even opened their restaurant since there was no where to eat (limited menu but hey). Really great people. strong recommend to foreign visitors.

A lovely hotel at mid levels near escalator and transport. The staff were very helpful and we had a pleasant stay. Food was plentiful, tasty and not too expensive. We enjoyed the pool and the zoo nearby. Highly recommended.
