Overall a solid stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were useful for what we needed. The staff really stood out — helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Great location too, close to shops, which made it easy to get around. Would recommend.

Older property at convenient location between two subway stations and airport express bus stops. Plenty of maintenance issues but staff was helpful and was quick to address once they are reported. WiFi is unusably slow especially in the evening.

Inexpensive hotel within walking distance of central. Room was oldish but clean and we'll appointed. It was very quiet, though I am not sure if this was due to rooms next door being unoccupied. It's good value for money as long as you're there to sleep and you're out and about whole day (which is what you're supposed to be in HK). I like the convenience of having multitude of local cheap eateries and convenience stores nearby. The only thing perhaps is the bathroom which needed to be revamped. The shower is a pre built-in thing in plastic. It looks like a capsule, it's weird.
