Didnt like the decor. Didnt like the smell in the reception, we think it was airfreshner being sold. Swimming pool dirty and tired. Ceiling in hall was boowing. No smoke alarms in rooms. Very noisy due to selfish other guests.

Surprenant et reposant

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable au M Hôtel & Spa d’Honfleur. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil chaleureux et l’efficacité du personnel nous ont tout de suite mis dans de bonnes dispositions — un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est parfait : à seulement 10–15 minutes à pied du Vieux Bassin, tout en disposant d’un parking privé très pratique si vous êtes en voiture. Les chambres sont propres, confortables, et bien qu’un peu compactes, elles conviendront parfaitement pour un séjour de détente. Le vrai atout de l’hôtel ? Le spa et la piscine intérieure ! Détente assurée dans un cadre soigné et agréable, avec des lampes (à vendre) superbes et des tableaux très originaux. Sauna inclus, parfait après une journée à explorer Honfleur. Ajoutez à cela un petit‑déjeuner buffet bien fourni et vous obtenez une formule séduisante. Nous avons également apprécié le calme malgré la proximité de la rue, et la literie confortable nous a permis des nuits reposantes. En résumé : personnel accueillant, emplacement idéal, spa relaxant, petit-déjeuner de qualité et chambres propres et confortables. Que demander de plus ? Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour une escapade réussie à Honfleur. Petit bémol, mais qui n’est pas dû à l’hôtel ou son personnel… d’autres clients parfois très bruyants semblant être seuls dans l’hôtel, à passer d’une chambre à l’autre telle une tribu sans se soucier de laisser les portes de chambre claquer…

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Honfleur. Beautiful small town and harbor. The bed was very comfortable. But we found there was a smell in the room kind of like old cigarettes. The bathroom needs an update also. Very dated. On the other hand the breakfast was good, and both ladies on reception were very friendly and were happy to speak in English to us.

Nice hotel but no air con or fan for the room resulting in a poor nights sleep and our Cavalier dog could'nt settle, panting and uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing a fan. Young lady checking us in was a delight, but the lady who took over was quite rude as was the lady in the morning for different reasons.

Excellent stay . About a 10 minute walk into the harbour / town, staff were lovely and helpful . If I could do a negative it would be that there was no shower curtain so did not want a shower as the bathroom would have been soaked so I opted for a bath which was lovely. Also no tea coffee facilities in the room , other than that had a wonderful stay

Our stay in Normandy.

Property is in a great location, to walk directly into Honfleur or use as a base to explore the Normandy region. The hotel offers free parking, pool and use of spa which included a cocktail. Plenty to do with children, with a pool table, table tennis and table football.
