“Fire place”

“Clean room, all good, thank you.”

“Very Clean, quite and safe location with ample parking space.”

“Very old property that needs some work. Room very small. To many stairs to climb. Windows rattly. Had to put paper in it.”

“Superb hosts! Highly recommend for a stay in Launceston. The place is beautifully decorated and perfectly located for exploring the town.”

“Personal amable. Hotel tranquilo”

“Location is perfect! The place is spacious, bright and the bed comfortable The only problem is the noise from the office below and a church’s bell near by It’s also too bright. We needed to use ear plugs and eye mask Please note this place does not have elevator, it’s a step one flight upstairs On the bright side, the front desk staff was extremely charming and even offered a map where she pointed the main tourist attractions (inside information such as the Saturday market)”

“Un gran hotel con cuartos grandes y muy cómodos, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una gran estancia, muy recomendable ”

“Welcoming reception, very large villa. Very clean. Loved the spa bath”

Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house.”

“Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too.”

“All was good”

The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...

“Todo muy bien, la ubicación, atención. Recomendable ”
