Friendly staff, good food, clean room.
Parking ok but more difficult at busiest time for food. Breakfast included which was very good. Very popular inn for food, all in all we had a lovely stay. Thank you
We stayed in Room 1. It was spotless and spacious with tea and coffee and bottled water. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was outstanding with a good selection of hot and cold options including full and small English to healthy vegetarian options. We chose The Ship Inn because of its location within walking distance to the beach and the ability to easily get on walking trails. We went in January to see the seal pups which we did at Blakeney Point. We were surprised to find the need to book at The Ship Inn and the Maltings just down the road for lunch and dinner as they are very popular especially for Sunday lunch. The food exceeded expectations at both places. Other things to keep in mind…the bathroom is like being on a ship, everything u need, but compact. The beaches are not an easy stroll, but rather a slog through loose gravel and small stones. Great bird watching. Highly recommend!
A delightful stay, excellent in all respects. Immaculately clean, very helpful staff, superb range of delicious breakfast choices, very good food served in the evening if required. We will definitely return when next in the area.
Lovely, comfortable, quiet room, very well appointed. I also appreciated the complimentary gin and tonic :)
Food in the pub was delicious. It's rather more a restaurant than a drinking pub, so everything was quiet by 10pm.
Absolutely faultless! The service was incredible and the meals we had there were perfect. Location is great for getting to see other parts of the coastline as the Hopper bus stops right outside the pub, we didn't need to drive all holiday!
Best place we have stayed in. Staff extremely friendly and approachable. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Food was amazing. Will definitely be back in the future and would recommend The Ship Inn.
Second visit. Great place. Lovely clean room. comfy bed, lots of thoughtful touches in room. Great pub below with wonderful food and drinks. Service, both on arrival, evening meals and especially at breakfast was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. breakfast was amazing - beautiful food especially granola, wonderful full english and eggs Benedict. Loads of parking on site and great atmosphere. Lovely cared-for garden too. Location perfect. Highly recommend.
A four night stay in Weybourne, ideally situated on the Norfolk coast. The Ship Inn proved to be an excellent choice for accommodation with friendly staff, great food and drink and a beautiful room. Highly recommended....
The best thing about our stay at The Ship Inn is the staff — always friendly, happy to help and smiling throughout. The chap during breakfast was very pleasant as well.
Our room was lovely. Nice amenities, a decent shower, plenty of space and is surprisingly quiet too, given that our room was directly above the pub!
Only have two quibbles; the mattress was much too firm for the two of us, causing us to toss and turn throughout the night, although I acknowledge that it is a preference.
And when we turned the lights off, it was still quite bright in our room, as the lights outside the entrance was kept on until half past eleven most nights, understandably so.
