“Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. “Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building. Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious and included a cooked breakfast item from the menu as well as the buffet style yogurt, pastries, toast, fruit etc. The homemade compote was absolutely...

“I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou”

“Asked for sea veiw, didnt get it. single room(314) very small, en suite not great broken sink plug, very small basin and a very uncomfortable toilet. Have had much better accomodation for less money. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Bar mostly unattended, a note saying go to reception if you require service. Generally disapointed so would not stay again. On the plus side a lovely building and good location. A shame as i was so looking forward to it.”
