This is my 4th year in a row staying at the Sea Vista. The beach view is Amazing. Rockers outside of the balcony are so comfy. Dogs are welcome, and the staff is kind!! Can't wait to come back next Summer!!

The staff was so friendly, personable, helpful and welcoming. The room was large and very cute. The only issue was that it smelled like dog pee. But, it’s pet friendly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Loved this place. We’ll definitely be back.

We were fortunate enough to book the Honeymoon Suite. The view is spectacular and well worth the extra stairs. The room is clean and quiet. The only drawback was that there is no electric outlet in the bathroom. My wife is picky about where she stays so her telling me she would stay there again is enough for me!

Beautiful ocean views as that is what you are coming here for. Quiet and secluded from the busy beaches. Room had just what was needed and not too fancy. Bathroom area was small but adequate.

It was good! If you want to book just call Sea Vista Motel directly. The staff are informative and great! Just be aware that the North apartment does NOT have a ocean view whatsoever despite the hotels.com description. Its also above another room. If you have toddlers that get loud and run they may hear it down below. Overall I would go back just a little more informed before selecting a room.

Its perfect for a quiet beach getaway. There isn't much nearby, but thats what we were looking for. The room is clean, the staff were nice, the balcony was perfect. The only minor thing that could make it better is providing paper towels in the room.

This is where I stay when going to Topsail. It's quiet this time of year. I think all rooms have a balcony with view of the ocean. I love sleeping where I can leave the curtains open. It's a great place, and the manager enjoys meeting his patrons.
