Convenient location, can walk anywhere in town. Clean, although you must accept cats walking the common area furniture and friendly dogs at your feet…which is stated clearly in the overview, so not a surprise. 100+ year old house with character, but bedroom and shower is updated. Owner Mollie is friendly and has relevant local suggestions. Breakfast fills the plate, lots of fresh fruit, an egg dish, small amount of meat…likely very healthy. Recommend J. Petter art gallery and Saugatuck Antique Pavilion. Area seems like play area for people stuck in cities who want to get away.

150+ year old home, but everything worked well (light, plumbing, AC). The house is tucked away on edge of historic downtown Saugatuck. One block from favorites such as Phil's, Wally's, Uncommon Coffee. We stayed two nights. The host was pleasant and breakfast was served on time and was good quality. We would recommend to others and stay again.

Molly made our stay extremely comfortable. She made the public spaces as welcoming and enjoyable as our own room. She went out of her way to accommodate our dietary allergies, and provided a comprehensive list of restaurants that she knew would be able to do the same. Her house is walking distance to almost all of Saugatuck and Douglas, and she even told us an exquisite poppy field currently in bloom in a nearby town. Would stay with her again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay for a summer trip in Saugatuck, Michigan! Welcoming host, fantastic breakfast, and lovely porch and backyard to relax. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean with a comfortable bed. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the pull-chain ferry to cross the river to enjoy Oval Beach. The Inn was delightful. Our room was clean and our private bath was too. Lots of hot water and an room air conditioner made it very comfortable. The grounds were nice. We enjoyed sitting in the back garden. Molly is a fabulous host and a great cook! Her breakfasts were amazing. We loved the location. We could walk to restaruants, shops and the marina.

The absolute best experience. You will enjoy your stay from start to finish. Molly gave us the rundown of the house and showed us our beautiful room. The house was quiet, clean, and delightful. Amazingly wonderful B&B!!!

Absolutely amazing: the whole place was beautiful, my room was beautiful, all the decorating was top-notch. The breakfasts were delicious, my allergies were taken into scrupulous consideration. The room had everything one could conceivably need when staying away from home. The staff was super-friendly and kind, and helpful in every possible way.
