The lobby staff was really great. The kitchen staff were super helpful and would often put things back before that was time to start putting things back. The room had stains on the wall and part of the microwave was broken. Also, there were some rusty spots, but everything worked fine. Just very dated.

We had a very good stay at Staybridge Suites Holland by IHG. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Eric was a gentleman and made the check-in process easy. He also explained everything we needed to know clearly. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made the stay comfortable. We used the pool and spa, and both were nice. The laundry machines were clean, which was helpful during our trip. The room was very good, comfortable, and spacious enough for our stay. The hotel is also in a good area, close to downtown Holland and nearby food options. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay with friendly service, a good location, and comfortable rooms.

The staff and the facilities were incredible. We loved our room. It gave us everything we needed and more. The suits are spacious and well maintained. We considered an Airbnb and decided this in the end was a better choice for us because of all the amenities. The pool in the hot tub were open almost constantly. The workout facilities met all of our needs. It was a great choice for us and our trip as a couple. Highly recommended.

We loved the room! It was perfect for having a youngster with us. I loved that there was a door to the bedroom! The food we found a little lacking quantity, but for the price of the room and meals, you can't beat it! I have told people with Hope students that it's a great place to stay!
