Provides no parking spaces. Didn't realize what a problem that would be when i booked.
Stairs are kinda steep.
Friendly host. Full breakfast provided and served in a very pleasant way.

What a fantastic experience at Serendipity Bed & Breakfast! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the freshly made breakfast every morning was absolutely tremendous! Thank you so much, David!
This is a small , quaint B&B. The owner is very hospitable and friendly. He does everything himself - cleans , cooks and gives recommendations. There might have been a little dust but otherwise thumbs up. Great location , nice breakfast , personal care and walkable to everything without a car . Parking could be a bit of a challenge at busy times because you need to find street parking but we always found something eventually. Would recommend to visitors.
This property exceeded our expectaions. David, the Inn Keeper was very friedly and made us feel at home. He taylor made us a fantastic breakfast every morning. We will stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.
Dave who hosted our stay made it special! He made great breakfasts and was very caring. He has a beautiful garden that you can tell he loves. He made sure that you will enjoy your stay. The location is awesome, very easy to walk around.
This place has lots of character! We visited off season for one night stop on our way from Detroit to Chicago. We had the whole place basically to ourselves. Loved the homey decor, lots of old furnitures and decorations, and the library area was very cosy.
David the owner was very welcoming and friendly and cooked a great breakfast for us.
Wish we had time to stay more.
David was a congenial host. His freshly made breakfasts were wonderful. The room (Lily) was small, which is typical of an historic, older home, but had a bathroom in the room. The location was perfect, near the social/shopping area of Saugatuck.
Dave and June have a lovely B&B. It's convenient to walk around Saugatuck Mi to shops and restaurants.
The 3 rooms with baths are decorated to match the age of the house with antique clock, paintings a wallpaper.
Dave takes pride in his breakfasts, as well should. Quiche, scones, fresh fruit that are local and excellent coffee are hard to beat. Don't pass up a stay her.
Only down side is parking is at a premium. This village is old.
Location was perfect and David & June, the Innkeepers, were absolutely lovely!! The breakfasts were amazing and David's knowledge of the area and his home were top notch!!
Greatly enjoyed the B & B! Breakfast was tremendous each day. My favorite was the banana muffins, wife's was the peaches and blueberries, thank you David!
Charming cottage for one or two with a sleeping loft. Best features were a private hot tub on an outside deck AND a superb homecooked breakfast delivered daily in a wicker basket!

We enjoyed the location, but the parking was a real challenge. The AC window unit was loud and kept us from sleeping. There is a step up into the barhroom which was a little difficult to navigate in the middle of the night. Loose tiles in the bathroom, and the toilet wouldn't always flush. We loved breakfast, especially the baked goods and coffee. Tha k you for your hospitality, David!

All Excellent except for loft access.
All good except the ladder to the loft. Not quite safe. Handrails on the ladder are definitely needed!
