Simple houseboat

Hard to find from GPS and email instructions, although rental office on phone promptly, helpful. Wasn't clear to us in advance that guests are supposed to only use shower in marina lock room, a modest walk away and not the shower in the boat. Instructions also assume familiarity with how to access water for docked boat
