Ray (Roy?) who checked us in was super friendly and incredibly helpful! He gave us some great tips for what to do in Holland. Breakfast was fantastic! We didn't have to worry about any of the hot food running out, there was plenty for everyone. Clean room and ample parking. Overall, a great stay for our visit to Holland, MI.

The property is a bit older and could use some updates. The room was clean, staff was generally helpful. Lighting was dark, to me, in the hallways and not as inviting as I would like. It was quiet and felt generally safe. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy, but no eggs or sausage/bacon. I wasn't super-impressed overall and I probably wouldn't stay here a second time.

Gentleman working at check in was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, personal, and helpful with the kids. The room was unfortunately not very clean. We found a dusty shirt from a previous visitor under the bathroom sink. Additionally there was hair in the shower. The pool is small, but perfect for my two young children. They loved it! Breakfast was great with hot bacon, potatoes, and eggs coming out frequently. Everyone found something they liked and we left with full stomachs. Overall a good stay, just needs a little more attention to cleanliness.

Staff was polite and very nice. The front desk area is adorable. Breakfast was good. (Especially the potatoes we had one morning 😆) My issues are they definitely need to start replacing the windows in rooms. You can see the water damage on them and it is on the curtains also. The carpets in the rooms could also use a good shampooing, they arent the cleanest. (I am biased and kind of hate carpet anyway, it grosses me out, so maybe thats just me?) Overall the room looked clean and neat...It was definitely worth the price we paid and we would stay there again if we were back in the area.
