We stayed here for one night while visiting Washington, DC, and it was an excellent choice for our family. The front desk staff deserves a special shout-out. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making check-in and our stay easy and enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. The woman overseeing breakfast took such pride in her work that it felt less like eating at a hotel and more like visiting my favorite great-aunt's house for a home-cooked meal. She made guests feel welcome and cared for, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is also very convenient. The Branch Avenue Metro Station is about a 14-minute walk from the hotel (roughly 0.7 miles), making it easy to leave the car behind and head into the city. We parked at the Metro for a very reasonable cost and rode to Navy Yard to attend a Nationals game, which worked out perfectly. Between the hotel's free parking, easy access to the Metro, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional staff, we would gladly stay here again. Thank you to everyone who made our visit such a pleasant experience!

The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. O problems at check in or out. The manager was super friendly. The only issues I had were the room was decent but we had no hot water when we arrived. I called they fixed it then the next morning same issue. No hot water. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub and we weren’t even able to use it because of the water issues. It was convenient as far as location but I’d doubt I’m coming back.
