The hotel was great and they went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. We came in late and were flying out the next day. They made sure we got the transfer and even turned the air con on for our room before we got there. 5 star service all round!!

A bit far from airport located in a pretty old area, where can only find small local restaurants. Shuttle bus is old and shaky and no luggages compartment.

The hotel facility is relatively new, very clean, good breakfast. However the location is very inconvenient with no restaurants in the hotel or nearby within walking distance. It's in a remote area, not close to anything. It takes 45minutes to get from and to the airport. So it was a bit deceiving to call it a hotel near the airport. It's also a bit pricey considering its inconvenient location. won't stay there again.

Best ever customer service.

I have been to many hotels around the world and this is by far one of the best customer service I have experienced. The staff went beyond what they should do to make sure that we have a good experience. Hotel room was amazing well worth the price. I wish I could stay longer but we were there only for transit.
