Was an ok stay- the room did not end up having a balcony and we were too tired to address it which is on us. The outdoor lighting bled through the curtains so it was difficult to get a dark room for sleeping.
Some ongoing maintenance and construction was evident so the conditions were variable.

Other than it being a little outdated, and the elevator not working, it served its purpose. The staff was wonderful.

The staff was wonderful. Regina specifically went above and beyond and was extremely kind. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and a comfortable and quiet stay. We will be back next year when we come to the Uprise Festival!

My reservation had a hiccup over the payment. The desk clerk was extremely compident and straightened it out while staying completely calm. Room was very nice and clean. Thank you to the staff.
