Oh, the hair!

When we arrived, we had to call to get someone to the office. There was no doorbell like most places. Once in the room, it was obviously a room that was built in the 70s, which is fine, but the furniture was that old too. The tops of the dressers were replaced and had screws. The beds were comfortable enough. I noticed in the bathroom that a bar of soap had been left behind. Fair enough, sometimes in cleaning you can miss a spot. When i actually got in the shower, there was hair on the shower wall and someone shampoo. This tells me the shower was not cleaned at all. Very dsappointing.

Very run down, broken, felt dirty. Gal ar desk was very friendly and helpful. Train very close, woke me up several times.

Paint on tub was cracked and peeling. Manager routinely left and did not return at posted time. Beds creaked. Water was hot when needed. Room was warm.

Disappointed

Beds are uncomfortable. Checked into 1st room and it wasnt cleaned- bed still not made, trash on counter, bathroom not cleaned. Assigned to another room where i asked to be away from people and they had someone next to me within a couple hours. Tons of empty rooms and they cant give you a little space. The people next door were going outside to smoke about every 15 min and their door squeked so bad it echoed in the room. Second night the room was cleaned but coffee wasnt restocked. 3rd night room wasnt cleaned and coffee not restocked again

Great staff but you get what you pay for.

Could feel the springs in the mattress, tub was stained pretty bad, room was dusty. Breakfast was packaged mini muffins and bananas. Coffee was meh. Only options for coffee were powdered creamer and packets of sugar and sugar substitute (I don't remember which type) All the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly.
