“The accommodation was great, with a separate living/kitchenette area, It was well equipped and comfortable. The garden was also lovely. The only negative was loud knocking sounds from the plumbing in the neighbouring room which seemed to happen whenever the occupant used any water but hopefully this may be easily remedied. The location suited my travel needs and was a good place to stay - thanks.”

“Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

“The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value.”

“Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay.”
