I visit Holbæk about 3-4 times a year and always end up here as it is convenient and never found any other hotels nearby that were free when I planned to come. The room is very basic and a bit run down.

Smuk udsigt til fjorden. Gode senge. Stille og roligt. Dejlig morgenmad og meget din service. Vi skulle på tur til Nyvang hvilket var 10 min. Kørsel fra hotellet.

Skuffet

Vi kom lidt sent kl 20.50, måtte finde en receptionist i restauranten, det er vel ok. Men ingen øjnkontakt og mildest talt lidt hård tone. Oplever hotellet som ellers på billeder og præsentation så enormt lækkert ud- som et træt slidt hotel med ærgerlige værelser med lappet ujævnt gulv/gulvtæppe. “Minibar” trist gammel køleskab lå drikkevare som kastet ind. Sengen/ sengene det var jo skrevet at det var 2 enkelte - men de var så løse at det var umuligt at ligge bare lidt tæt. Badeværelse var enormt slidt og kalkramt - virkelig ikke indbydende, men funktionelt og jah det hele fungerede da. Men syntes bestemt ikke hotel delen bar op til pris og præsentation.

God service. Lækker morgenmad.

Godt sted. Kom på cykel med familien. Rent og den lækreste morgenmad! Eneste negative - som gælder de fleste hoteller: sengene går fra dobbelt til single henover natten. De deler sig simpelthen. Det kunne være smart, hvis sengebenene blev sat sammen, når man forventer en dobbeltseng… vi havde desværre kun én trailerspænde til det ene værelse. Lille tip :-)

Virkede slet ikke imødekommende da vi ankom, samt hun var ikke samarbejdsvillig, udover vi bare kunne betale med det samme. Ved godt vi kom lidt før tid. Rummet var beskidt, samt det var jo halvt ved at falde fra hinanden. Så var det et værelse til 4 mennesker. Men vi havde fået 1 håndklædei alt, overdet til foran bruseren.... Ingen godmorgen, da vi stod op og skulle have morgenmad, samt morgenmaden, får da bestemt heller ikke nogle stjener

Vi var tre par der ventede længe inden der kom en fra restauranten og tjekkede os ind. Hun sagde der er ingen i reseptionen der er kun mig. Udendørs arealerne var ikke velholdt og det trængte meget til at blive gjort rent udenfor så mand kunne få lyst til at side udenfor. Der blev ikke fyldt op ved morgenmaden, folk skulle hele tiden spørge efter mere kaffe, brød osv. Det var ikke tilfredsstillende.

Okay hotel til prisen. Kikset at lade flaget hænge på halv til efter 20. Venligt personale men manglende opfyldning ved morgenmaden. Kaffen var god, æggene kolde og kun rugbrød og surdejsbrød er lidt trist når man gerne vil have lækkert franskbrød.

Charmerende hotel ved Holbæk Fjord

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på hotellet, som ligger smukt med udsigt over Holbæk Fjord. Udsigten fra restauranten var virkelig flot, og det var skønt at kunne gå en tur i parken lige ved siden af hotellet – en perfekt beliggenhed til afslapning og hygge. Selvom hotellet er af ældre dato, var værelserne både pæne og rummelige, og de fungerede rigtig godt til os som familie med børn. Alt var rent og velholdt, og vi følte os godt tilpas under hele opholdet. Personalet var desuden meget venligt og imødekommende, hvilket gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre. Alt i alt et hyggeligt sted med charme, god beliggenhed og gode faciliteter til børnefamilier.

Dårlig service og frokost. Ingen vask, skift av håndkleder eller tømming av søppel på rommet i løpet av fire dager. Lite påfyll til frokost og ingen service når man etterspør enkle ting som melk eller kokt egg etc. Slitent anlegg.
