Nice Onsen, rooms ok. Everything a bit dated. Carpets should be replaced ASAP before they come to life, gross. Free drinks in the evening on top floor was a nice touch, everyone was so happy in that room

The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore.

部屋の壁紙が剥がれかかった所が有りせっかくシティーホテル寄り大きな部屋なのに２人で行ったけどベットが3個も有りせまい感じがしてしまいました。風呂もぬるくて入った気がしなかった。食事もたくさん人を詰め込み取りに行くにも時間がかかる。良いホテルはチェックインの時に混み具合を聞いて食べる時間を調整してしまいました。たくさん人を入れるから補充が間に合わない、もう持って来ないのも有りました。スタッフが足らないのか皿の片付けは食べたお客様が全部片付けていました。セルフサービスとスタッフは思っているのかわかりませんが、刺身もキハダマグロ、イカ、甘エビだけで海鮮を楽しみに行ったががっかり寿司類もさば、サーモンだけで押し寿司で固く美味しくない、私はもう泊まらない！残念でした。

私達夫婦の部屋と、息子たち家族の部屋を利用しましたが、私達の部屋は、間取りも良く、外の景色も良く快適でしたが、息子たちの部屋は、あまり利用されてない和室だったせいか、布団が少々湿気ぽっかったようです。 あと、便器の洗浄の水が、熱くてびっくりしました。 子どものイベントは、楽しかったようで。ありがとうごさいました。 総合的には、リーズナブルな料金で、心地よく過ごすことができました。 ありがとうごさいました。

お部屋は大山側で景色もよく、広くてとても快適でした。境港側でも景色は夕方は夕陽が港を照らしてとても綺麗だと思います。大浴場も良かったのですが朝風呂に入ろうとオープン時間に行くと既に芋洗い状態でした。お盆の繁忙期ですし仕方ないのかなぁと思います。ラウンジは飲み物やスナックが充実しているのにさながらスーパーのフードコート状態でしたので、勿体ないなぁと思います。接触した大半のスタッフの方には親切にしていただきましたが、配置されているスタッフが少なく、声掛けしたい時にスタッフの方が見当たりませんでした。 ビュッフェの食事はたくさん種類がありました。ご馳走様でした！もう少し和食があればありがたいなぁと感じました。

ビュッフェの料理は朝食夕食いずれもおいしいです　部屋は古い感じですが清潔で狭くはありません　バストイレ共用のユニットはちょっと使いづらいですが 周辺観光は強力な電動自転車のレンタルがあるので便利です　急坂も楽々です 標高はそれほど高くなく真夏は30度を超えます 大山寺あたりまで登れば快適でしょう

ホテルを選ぶ基準の中に広さもポイントの一つと考えていて、スーツケースが広げられない部屋は避けるようにしています。その点に関しては良かったのですが、ユニットバスが古くてカビも見られ、匂いも気になりました。 また、施設全体が古い為か？室内の空調か？電気設備か？音も気になりました。 駐車場は広くて十分でしたし、朝夕食も種類が豊富で良かったのですが😊 脱衣、浴場も広々として良かったのですが、ドライヤーを使う場所はきっと髪の毛が沢山落ちているだろうに床が濃いグレーで見えにくくなっていて清掃も頻繁ではなかったような？ クイックルとかコロコロなどが誰でも使えるように設置してあると嬉しいです。ゴミ箱も一つだったと思います。足りません。
