This is a beautiful local. A tropical paradise located right on the river. So close to everything, including the night market, shops and restaurants. I wish I had booked more days here. The staff are very friendly too, and definitely add the breakfast to your room charges.

The Vinh Hung resort is in a fabulous location - walking distance to dining and shopping options, but very quiet and removed fromt eh hustle and bustle of the town. The pools are fabulous as well, especially on the hot and steamy days. What was exceptional was the staff at the resort - they provide a service that is special and individual. They provided birthday cakes for both my and my grandson's birthday during our stay. It felt like we were at an exclusive, intimate resort.

Lovely property by the river

A lovely property. Such friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool, the afternoon food tasting and free event boat ride on the river. Great location close to the night markets and ancient town. Good breakfast selections and lovely location of the restaurant and seating by the river. Would love to come back here again.

Great place to stay as always although the wifi acces onsite is very poor and needs sorting out. Pool also was too hot and needs to be cooled down somehow as it was hotter in the pool than out of it. But love the place and staff just so advice for things to work on

There are so many hotels and resorts and stays in Hoi An these days, and there are several Vinh Hung places as well. However, Vinh Hung Riverside Resort is one of my most favorite places on the globe to stay. That is not a casual compliment. The staff makes you feel like you are home. They have an outstanding desk and restaurant and grounds staff - and am not sure can compliment them enough for just how good a job they do! The location is easy walking distance to the bridge and the night markets and the Ancient City. They have an infinity pool overlooking the river. They have free sunset boat tours on the river. They have complimentary local foods market for an hour each afternoon with most of the Hoi An specialties. And they have a wonderful breakfast buffet too. Rooms are very nice with AC, very clean, soft beds, and good shower pressure and hot water. The rooms are in an arrangement of buildings around the two swimming pools. Its so perfectly quiet there late at night too! A perfect stay place!

Hotel location was great. It was in close proximity to the night market and old town. Hotel is now dated compared with photos on hotels.com. A few thngs that let our stay down was the severe lack of water pressure for the shower. This was rectified by staff however the "normal" pressure was still not what was expected for a 4 star hotel. During our second day, we had an ant infestation in our bathroom which was unpleasant. Overall, our stay was OK, especially for a short stay. Pool looked nice however we did not use whilst we were there. Hotel also offers boat rides & food tasting - both of which we did not try due to other plans but a nice touch. We arrived 4 hours prior to check in time and our room was immediately available. This was during Tet which is a busy season so that was a plus for us.

I am a long time customer of Vinh Hung Riverside Resort, and its as much about the great room you get as it is one of the best hotel staffs in the world. Its not just that the front desk staff is outstanding -- its the entire staff that is. You are like family staying here. The location is a short walking distance from the Night Market and the bridge to the old city. The area around the hotel and the river is very safe in the evening. You can arrange a ride to the air port in Danang with the front desk. The rooms are very nice sized and all have a very comfortable bed and very good shower pressure and lots of hot water. The AC works well to keep the room cool when its super hot out. They have a great breakfast buffet each morning - and a very good mix of Viet and Western foods. Having breakfast in an open air area or on the patio overlooking the river is a huge plus. At 4pm each day they offer a local foods country market - with plenty of local specialty items to try - for free. Some of the best spring rolls you may ever try too. Lastly - the silk lanterns lighting everything at night are another huge plus - all around the resort is picture worthy at night!
