Staff are friendly and very helpful and always want to ensure you have what you need for a comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a larger room without us requesting it.

Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. I accidentally booked and paid for the wrong month. After realizing the mistake (past the incorrect dates), I contact their sale department. Ms. Trang and her management team allowed us to change our stay to the right time.
