Our visit to Serenity was lovely. You can not beat the location, which is right by the night market and lantern boat rides in the heart of Hoi An. The hotel was clean and quiet. We used the pool to cool down and relax at the end of the day. I loved all the plants and Serenity felt very serene. Staff was available at all times and responsive to our needs.

Enjoyed my stay at Serenity. It was the perfect location - close to shops, bars, restaurants as well as the old/ancient town areas. They also provided great recommendations on tours and tailor shops. Will stay here again when I return.

Cozy family owned property that was centrally located and within a very short walking distance to the night market, Old Town and literally hundreds or restaurants and shops. Reliable wifi and super friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned daily and they arranged our transportation from the airport and had the driver waiting for us with a name sign upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this property to anybody visiting Hoi An.

Lovely little hotel with rooms surrounding a pool on the ground floor. Comfy bed, spacious room, A/C not great but fan provided did the trick. Clean and tidy with friendly staff. Excellent location in a quiet alley only meters away from night markets and the river with lanterns.

Serenity Villa was our favorite stay for our entire trip to Vietnam. It is located in a nice corner of Hoi An & everything from shopping to our favorite banh mi stall was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the night market just around the corner from the hotel. The family that runs the hotel was extremely helpful. We had help laundry service, booking a tour, and food recommendations. We would definitely stay at Serenity Villa the next time we travel to Hoi An.

It was such an enjoyable stay from the start to the end. Mr Thinh is the best host we had in Vietnam so far, he provided so many useful tips where to go eat, what to do while in Hoi An and remained available to help us book services like massage, tours, cooking classes, taxi, tailor etc. The accommodation is in a great location and the room was so comfy. Thank you for ensuring we enjoyed our time in Hoi An!

Perfect stay near old town

Very beautiful little villa, in the heart of the old town, but yet very quiet and serene. We booked for 3 nights, but it was so comfortable and friendly that we extended our stay for 2 mor e nights! New hotel, very clean, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Staff very friendly. Pool was also a bonus after a day of riding their free bikes! Delicious breakfast and coffee. Thanks to Mr Tinh and his team!

The hotel is just a short walk (2mins) to the night market, restaurants, spas and boat rides of Hoi An. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. They helped us arrange pickups and drop offs which can sometimes be difficult in a foreign place. Overall a great place to stay.

Strongly recommend, ideal place.

Awesome place. Exceeded expectations. Great location just one minute walk to night market and a few minutes to river boats and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Mr. Thinh and Ms. Lin were always available to answer questions or help book things. Room was clean, with hot water and decent water pressure for showers. Strong WiFi. Strongly recommend.
