Fabulous stay at Maison Vy. What a lovely hotel with superb staff. Very nice small touches like the free evening footbath. But perfect rooms, thoughtfully laid out, and the hotel was very beautiful throughout. Nice pool area with enough beds. So chill. Special mention to the 2 gorgeous friendly ladies who run reception and breakfast, they made the stay even better. Free bikes with your stay. They're old but functional, just like us. Would highly recommend this hotel and have no hesitation in staying again if we return to Hoi An.

Fantastic stay! FRIENDLY STAFF!!

This was the best place we’ve ever stayed! Beautifully designed and decorated. Rooms were immaculately clean and totally comfortable. Lots of space! Beautiful balcony and lovely interior courtyard and pool. The staff is OUTSTANDING!!!! They were genuinely friendly and hospitable. The food was great!! Please do not miss breakfast. You’re supplied with an herbal foot soak at the end of your day. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Impeccable service with a friendly smile

This boutique hotel delivered an impeccable service. The rooms and the entire hotel are exquisitely decorated with stylish decor, the staff are working round the clock with friendly service and high English skills, and the location is very close to downtown. The breakfast comes with fruit and pastries, along with a personal order from a wide selection of choices. Though do expect to get watery juice if you order more than 1-2 glasses. The only minus is the amount of hot water as we could not both take hot baths right after each other, but this might have to do with the fact that we visited in February. The complimentary herbal foot bath every night is an extra bonus after hours of downtown walking.

This really is a 5 star hotel, beautiful common areas- peaceful and relaxing. Pool and surrounds are fab and it’s always clean and the perfect temperature The rooms are spacious, comfortable well designed and appointed- they really have thought of everything. The breakfast was excellent, and all staff- cleaners, massage therapists, reception, porters and kitchen/restaurant staff really go out of their way to ensure guests are well looked after. I stayed six nights, used most of the services and would definitely stay again.

Loved this hotel. Staff were so helpful, decor was lovely, room was very comfortable, pool area was great. Lots of small extra details that made it feel very special. About a 10 min walk into the old town but lots of shops just outside makes it convenient. Would definitely recommend.
