1. Awesome staff. They are so sweet, helpful and always ready to have a conversation. The front desk is really approachable and welcoming. 2. The breakfast is great. Lots of options for vegans as well. 3. We got a room upgrade as well. Was not expecting that. 4. Though it is on the street, the windows are noise blocking so you really don't hear anything 5. The location is good as well. There are convinience stores, restaurants, river and the old town just 10 minutes away on foot. Problems: Nothing. Our stay was great. 0 problems. If you are skeptical about booking this, don't be. Just go ahead.

Just an amazing hotel to stay at! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kind! The amenities were excellent and the location couldn’t be more perfect if you like a quiet good nights sleep but very accessible to all that old town offers within a 5-10 minute walk! Lovely hotel

Stayed 3 days with my family. It is a lovely hotel with the Hoian style interior. The staffs were very kind. We enjoyed bike rental and shuttle to the beach. The breakfast was also good. Hope to go back soon!

Great location in Hoi An, close enough to walk to the old town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Room was small but comfortable and enough space for two people. Breakfast was plentiful with both Vietnamese and western options. Free use of bicycles and shuttle to the beach. Tracy at the front desk is friendly, helpful and a great addition to the property!

I booked this place as it was close to the Ancient Town, and the staff there were so accommodating and kind. They organised a suit tailoring appointment for me at short notice so I was able to pick it up within a few hours. They looked after everything from restaurant recommendations, things to do in Hoi An, to airport transfers. Tracy in particular was very kind. The room was spacious, very clean and most of all cool (in that extra hot climate). I would definitely stay here again next time.

What can I say apart from this has absolutely been the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. The staff are incredibly, the location is 10/10, the room - bed and shower were incredible. The pool is extremely refreshing. We booked this hotel 5 hours before we arrived. 15 mins after booking I received a message via WhatsApp asking what time we were going to arrive. The staff all learnt our names and we truly felt like movie stars. Best hotel. Book as you won’t be disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and love the location.. very convenient to the old town and restaurants. The night market also a 5-8 minutes walk.. the room is a good size and cute… the breakfast buffet is just ok. The only negative about this hotel is that there is no air conditioning in a common area so it’s very hot.. the most important thing is the Staffs.. They are super friendly and helpful. They’re always ready to help you with a big smile. During my stayed, I dropped my money in front of the hotel. One of the staff found it and returned to me … so I give the hotel staffs 5 stars

This was a nice place to spend a few days bumming around Hoi An. Just removed enough from the action to have it feel peaceful coming "home", but easy to get to everything. Very very clean, with comfy beds. We had an interior room. Felt a little cramped but it was nice to be able to open the balcony doors for fresh air if not for a view (faces a narrow courtyard). Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! My only critique is the breakfast. It's relatively big, but they don't replenish *anything* as service goes on. With an hour left of breakfast, only about 1/3 remained of the options and often what was left looked very unappealing - dried out fruit, scrapings of a noodle salad, etc. Thank goodness for the egg station. They house a lot of tour groups it seems, and I understand that a big seating can wipe out a lot at once, but we were there 4 days and this was a problem every day. Would recommend for early risers :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we were here for just 5 days but it was up there with one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, it’s just a short walk to the old town. The spa was amazing and so affordable. Cannot recommend this property enough.
