My mom and I did not have a great experience at this homestay. This was mostly due to the fact that we wanted to leave a day early and they would NOT give us a refund nor allow Expedia to refund us for that day. We tried to explain that we should only pay for the nights that we stayed there etc. It is not that central to the heart of everything so a Grab or bike will be needed. The breakfast options were quite limited and would recommend getting meals elsewhere. Honestly for the price they are charging, you can find somewhere else that offers more.

Such a warm and friendly place! The rooms were really comfortable, it’s only a short walk to town, and the family that runs it did everything they could to make my stay feel very welcome. And the breakfast was amazing! If you’re visiting Hoi An, do stay here!!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We Got upgraded in the rooms for our convience. Location was in walking distance to shopping and old town.

Hyggelig og veldrevet homestay

Det er et familiedrevet homestay i ei lita sidegate ganske nær gamlebyen. Rommet var større enn på de andre hotellene jeg har bodd på, og det var rent og velholdt. Familien som driver Coco Viet er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Litt ujevne, men tilstrekkelige ferdigheter i engelsk. Det billigste, men absolutt det beste oppholdet på min reise i Vietnam.

5 nuits parfaites ! La propriétaire adorable, sa soeur un peu trop insistante pour vendre ses tours, tailleurs etc ... Mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Gros plus pour la localisation proche du coeur de Hoi An et pourtant au calme, aussi pour les vélos mis a disposition.

ホイアンらしいカワイイお部屋でした。部屋までは靴を脱ぎます。家族経営の民宿やペンションっぽい雰囲気です。 <良いトコロ> ・部屋はホイアンらしい黄色壁でカワイイ ・水回り等もアンティークっぽくて良い（使いやすいかは別ですが） ・ホイアン観光の入り口とも言える来遠橋まで徒歩10分。 ・無料で自転車を貸してくれる。ちょっと遠出したい場合に便利。 <気になった点> ・ホテルは壁薄い館内の音が入ってくる ・近くの飲食店と思われるカラオケが夕方から22:00近くまで鳴り響く ・部屋にティッシュがない ・部屋にゴミ箱がない ・連泊でも昼間部屋に入れない。掃除中かと思いきや清掃は入ってなかった…。

ここのホテルは今年の１月から始まったそうで、とても清潔で綺麗でした。ローケーションもホイアンの旧市街から徒歩で１０分くらいで行けとても便利です。旧市街の辺りに比べると静かに過ごせてとても過ごしやすいです。ホテルの全体のデザインなどはホテルのオーナーの方がされたそうで、壁の色とインテリアのデザインもとてお洒落で素敵てした。なのにも関わらず、とても良心的な値段でオーナーも含めスタッフの方たちもとてもフレンドリーで親切で、私は２週間ここにお世話になったのですが、居心地のいい滞在ができました。因みに朝食もホテル代には込まれていなかったのですが無料で朝食もついてきました。朝食も５種類くらいから選択でき、バイミーやベトナムのヌードル、バゲット付きの目玉焼きなど色々と充実しています。それと無料で自転車も貸してくれます。滞在していた時期でもあったのですがこちらは旧正月でホテルのオーナーのご好意でオーナーの手作りの夕飯パーティーまでご馳走になれました。オーナーの方はとてもチャーミングで可愛い若いお母さんです。一人旅の方も家族や恋人との旅行の方もとてもオススメです。是非是非！
