After visits to Singapore and Bali, we only had two days to spend in Vietnam, but we left wishing we had more time to spend at the Four Seasons Nam Hai. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Tons of resort amenities. Enjoyed our latern making class and got a great souvenir to bring home. Pool and beach service were great. Also great that they provide a shuttle for rides into Hoi An for shopping. Our Ocean View villa was amazing, with comfy bed and great bathroom, including very cool outdoor shower. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

We enjoyed the 5days amazing world class activities: meditation, yoga & fit lean & generous hospitality. You can be the yogis & yoginis in the open space with the ocean cool breeze. Our son did the jet ski twice & never wanted to leave that pristine white sand. Found many beautiful shells for my niece. Many Thanks to Marco who rushed back to get the lovely 🇻🇳 Coffee box for our farewell gift🙏

5 star

Our stay at the Four Seasons Nam Hai was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service that permeates every aspect of the resort. The staff's commitment to excellence is evident from the moment you step onto the property. Every interaction with the resort's team was marked by a level of attentiveness and care that went above and beyond our expectations. Whether it was the warm welcome at check-in, the seamless concierge service, or the meticulous housekeeping, every detail was handled with professionalism and a personal touch. What truly set our experience apart was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They were not only efficient and skilled in their roles but also incredibly warm and personable, making us feel truly valued and cared for. This level of service created an atmosphere of comfort and luxury that made our stay truly special. The dining experience was another highlight, with staff that were knowledgeable, attentive, and always on hand to offer recommendations or assist in any way. Their service enhanced the already exceptional culinary offerings of the resort. In conclusion, the Four Seasons Nam Hai is a testament to what luxury hospitality can and should be. The staff's dedication to providing a high-quality, personalized experience is what makes this resort stand out. We left feeling not just well-rested and pampered but genuinely appreciated. We highly recommend the Four Seasons Nam Hai to anyone looking for a top-tier resort
