We stayed at the Hrafnavellir Guest House at the end of July. It is in a wonderful quiet location and fairly remote. The rooms a very clean and the family that owns and runs it are delightful. The breakfast was by far the best we had in the two weeks we were in Iceland. They served a very traditional Icelandic breakfast that was fresh and homemade. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful location, very sustainable mind to keep nature. Sheep’s coming by to say hello 🐑. Breakfast was impressive, many dishes came from firms and places in the neighborhood. No coffee machines or hot water pot in the room, you have to go to a main cabin to get those. Good shower, good wifi, super friendly & helpful staff.

This was a wonderful place to stay outside Hofn. The staff was friendly, the cottages are comfortable and charming, and the breakfasts were delicious. It was probably my favorite place to stay in Iceland. We watched northern lights from our deck.
