The view of the glacier is stunning. The skylight and large window were perfect for viewing the northern lights. The hosts made us feel special on our honeymoon by hanging a congratulations banner. The room is large and the cooktop, tea kettle, and dishes were great for preparing a few meals.

We had a great stay at the property. It’s conveniently located on our way to Hofn. Check in was seamless. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. There’s a small kitchen area to cook for dinner and breakfast.

Our stay was perfect, the guesthouse was in a great location and it was very clean and quiet, with everything we could need. We got lucky during our stay and could see the northern lights out of our back window - would definitely stay here again!

This was by far my favorite stay! The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, and the place was spotless. The view from my room was amazing, and I especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom —they were such a nice touch. I definitely recommend this place to others!

View is amazing, the place is very nice, we loved it. It would have been nice to have a microwave but we managed. The hot water is limited so we would get wet turn the water off to soap up then rinse off again to ensure we both had hot water. I would recommend this place to people.

The view here is absolutely breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and clean, and so is the bathroom. However, the kitchen was an eyesore. We wanted to cook pasta with tomato sauce — not possible with just one tiny pot. The frying pan had deep scratches and was unusable. On top of that, the dishes were dirty and wet. My wife took a cup out of the cupboard and got a sip of water poured onto her — disgusting. The previous guests had left the kitchen dirty. As a host, you should at least check that if you expect tenants to leave the kitchen clean. We had to go out to eat.

Great little cabin!

Beautiful little room with a small kitchen, patio/chairs, and a great window with a view of a glacier. Close to some great attractions, but nice and quiet for some good sleep. The owner was very responsive to our questions and they have a little dossier about the area which was helpful.
