This is the second time I have stayed at this property and unfortunately this time does not compare to the first. This time the room was small, smelly and noisy (air con & fridge) In saying that the room was very clean and tidy. The free parking and convenient location was the sole reason we picked this property and this did not disappoint.

Maybe the bath needs to be updated and replaced with a walk in shower, as we found it hard to get in and out there were more chances getting in and out safely. Otherwise, it was a lovely location. 👍

A great apartment in the heart of Salamanca. Close to great restaurants, the harbour, galleries and museums. Everything was in easy reach, and on site parking meant that the car stood still for a few days as everything was within walking distance. Spacious clean room , with daily cleaning. All in all a great place to stay in Hobart.

Location, Location, Location

Conveniently located between historical Battery Point & Salamanca Place. Plenty of eatery options. Our apartment had a leak from the balcony after an overnight downpour - thanks to the very understanding property manager, we re-allocated a better apartment
