I'm not one to write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how much I liked staying here. All your standard hotel amenities were there, no complaints on that front, and several bonus amenities (extra comfortable bathroom heat lamps) were the cherry on top. The free breakfast is genuinely delicious; by far and beyond the best I've had at a hotel. It's not some mediocre lukewarm continental breakfast, you get great coffee and delicious food made to order every morning. Literally the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. My partner and I were a little disappointed that the advertised "balcony" did not actually exist as a stand-able platform outside, but the quality of everything else made the stay excellent overall. Considering the reasonable price (relative to other hotels) we paid, I'm more than satisfied with our stay.

Enjoyed the breakfast, which was included with the hotel price. This helps to offset the dysfunctionality involved in accessing the room through a staggered stairwell system. However, the location of the hotel on the bayfront is extremely convenient to tours on the water.

The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast was included, decent variety of made to order meals from menu, food was good. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot, big balcony overlooking the harbor, with beautiful sunrise views. The room was spacious and super clean, and there were tons of shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. And the breakfast that's included with the room? Delicious! The staff were very helpful and friendly, too.
