Great stay overall! Owner was very responsive to my queries about recent weather conditions in the Hobart area. Check-in process was easy and apartment was fantastic- really clean and all amenities available including a fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and would definitely revisit!

Parking was terrible unless you got there super early, we parked on the street but had to be mindful of the parking restrictions. The place was clean, however the shower had terrible mould in it which they knew about but instead of fixing it the rebooked the room. Also if you didn’t take the rubbish which was in the bin they would charge you $20 for their effort of taking it to the bin, I’m surprised that they didn’t want us to clean as well. Also the smoke sector went off at 11.30 at night and again at 8am.

Very limited supply for dish washing tablets ( 4 nights I got 4 ) which IIS ok but the day we came dishes were not cleaned and we had to redo with water manually. Beautiful location and easy to walk to shops and markets. Our apartment was a little run down compared with last time we stayed six months ago. Musty/damp smell in kitchen/living area. Master bed saggy in the middle, needs new mattress. Fridge not cold and kept beeping. Only one blanket on each bed during Tasmanian winter and no spares. If these issues were seen to then it would be a not only convenient but comfortable place to stay.

The property was spacious, in a convenient location, close to restaurants etc. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was warm and quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment was not as clean as it could be. The oven was very dirty, the pots were ‘well used’, and the range hood was ‘under maintenance’. Some of the bedding was stained. There was also nowhere to place soap, shampoo etc. in the shower. It was a shame as the apartments are well appointed and in a fantastic location.

Fantastic location. (Be prepared to carry luggage up steep stairs.) No guarantee of being able to park on site in busy periods as more rooms that parking spaces. (Street parking available.) The apartment was very clean in most areas except the shower. Mould growing around the edges, tiles and base which was the only disappointment.

It was a beautiful apartment, Clean great amenities. The only downside was the queen bed desperately needs a new mattress. We both rolled into the middle of the bed. Didn’t get much sleep. Located within walking distance of Salamanca.
