So lovely, clean, quiet, close to Mua Cave, Tam Coc, Trang An, and other attractions. Hosts speak English very well and are friendly and helpful. The dogs are cute. Pool is always clean. Bikes are 50k for your stay not per day which is great value. One thing: don't bother with Ancient Capital!

Never quite got used to the local noises from adjoining properties, probably because I had the end room. A really friendly and helpful family. First homestay I have used, an interesting and worthwhile experience.

The hotel was quaint and very relaxing. Our host Alex was amazing. I loved being here at this hotel and in the Ninh Binh area. It’s so peaceful and beautiful!!

Good Little Spot

This is a multi room homestay in the Hoa Lu area of Ninh Binh. The rooms were clean and updated, beds on the harder side (pretty typical for Asia) and had AC, fan, mini-frudge, hair dryer. Coffee available first two nights then fell off as we did not have our room made up. Hot water is so-so depending on rest of usage in the building again, typical for this kind of accommodation. Is run by a family that is very sweet and friendly, helpful in getting around. Bikes for free (what you get is what you pay for!) and rental scooters. All the beverages are honor system, pay at the end. Used the pool once was clean and nice to chill on the patio in the sun. Appreciated their flexibility in letting us stay for our last day (with small fee) so we weren't stranded all day before a 10 pm train.

Superbe hôtel avec joli vue. Emplacement idéal.

Sejour en famille ( 10 et 13 ans). L’hôtel est très jolie, restaurant familiale au dernier étage qui domine les environs. Paysage magnifique et reposant. Piscine grande et agréable. Service au top ( prêt de vélo, location de scooter), situé au centre des intérêts touristiques. Seul point noir : choisir une chambre en hauteur, notre chambre en Rec était un peu humide.

Schönes homestay mit tollem Zimmer

Freundliche Besitzer und Personal in der schönen Umgebung der trockenen Halongbucht. Zimmer waren groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles dort was wir gebraucht haben und für vietnamesische Verhältnisse ein gutes Bad mit separater DUSCHE!!! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch das Essen war lecker mit Blick auf die Berge.

Nice View of the mountains

The rooms had a nice view of the mountains and the location was pretty close to town. Note: There is construction that is going on around the site so it takes away from the tranquility of the peaceful landscape. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Bardzo miła obsługa,zawsze uśmiiechnięci i pomocni. Niestety,w pokojach bardzo zimno i brak ogrzewania. Z przykroscią stwierdzam, że mają bardzo niesmaczne jedzenie. Kucharz nie powinien zajmować się gotowaniem ponieważ nie ma o tym najmniejszego pojęcia. Wietnamska luchnia jest tak pyszna a w Greenland takie rozczarowanie...szkoda

Großbaustelle

Das Homestay wird von ursprünglich 3Zimmern auf mindestens 8weitere Zimmer erweitert. Der Aussenbereich und das Dachgeschoss befinden sich im Rohbau. Es wird an 6 Tagen in der Woche ab 7Uhr in der Früh gesät und gehämmert, dass man im Zimmer sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht. Englisch spricht dort so gut wie niemand. Erst am 2. Tag kam eine junge Frau, die sich für den Lärm und die Umstände entschuldigte und uns anbot umzuziehen. Das Frühstück ist mehr als einfach gehalten. Es gibt keine Auswahl. Gegessen wird, was auf den Tisch kommt. Selbst Kaffee oder Tee wird extra berechnet. Im Preis ist lediglich ein Instandfruchtsaft enthalten. Da haben wir auf unserer bisherigen Reise ganz andere Dinge im Preisleistungsverhältnis erlebt. Das Zummer an sich war sehr groß,neu und mit einem riesigen schönen Badezimmer. Wenn die Anlage einmal fertig ist, bestimmt sehr nett. Im Moment aber wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Für den Preis gibt es in der Umgebung bessere Homestays.
