A taste of paradise!

This place is like a mirage: absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location! I kept thinking it was like a dream!!! Staff very attentive. Fun ride in electric buggy to our room. Quiet, pretty pool. Stunning room: silky robes, bags & hats to borrow. Loved the decor: luxurious! Breakfast buffet had everything, and it was never busy! Bikes were cheap to rent. Great location: you could watch the boats go by.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel and well located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that there are plenty of geckos/lizards on the walls at night time. Apart from this, I cannot fault this hotel and the staff as it was amazing. From the staff at the gate to reception, they were all very polite and helpful.

Beautiful property, literally in the heart of Tam Coc! The room and bed were so quiet and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and so nice at the end of a long day exploring. The breakfast had so many delicious options. Renting their bikes was a highlight for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was well worth the extra money (compared to others in the area), it really made our stay in Ninh Binh amazing!

For the location and the view from the property alone this hotel is worth staying in. The natural surroundings are breath taking. The staff whilst pleasant were not particularly attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Although we did have one instance of bird poo on the bed. The staff said that poo dropped through a crack in the tiles, which makes you wonder what would happen when it rains. Overall well worth a stay in a beautiful part of the world

The customer service was absolutely horrid as they kept trying to up charge us on everything and gave extra fees for no apparent reason. The room was only okay for its pricing and the bathtub was leaking. The road to the resort was also very rough and ruined the atmosphere.

Great all around except for the bathroom curtains. They were somewhat see through, which wouldnt be a problem if it weren't for the fact that just anybody can walk up to the other side of your balcony. It made bathing at night feel a little awkward and there is a gap between the two main curtains somebody could peak through.

Das Hotel macht weitgehend einen sehr guten Eindruck, das Personal ist unaufmerksam, Reinigungskräfte schütten ihr Putzwasser in den See, das Frühstück ist reichlich, aber...! Das Superior Zimmer wird auf hotels.com mit 83 Quadratmetern angeboten, hat aber in Wirklichkeit sind es nur 36m! Also nicht zu groß erwarten, aber dafür sind die Zimmer schön. Der Preis ist für diese Hotel nicht angemessen!
